Asher Residence
This residence addition achieved both an enlarged Living Room (by expanding into the existing side porch) and a new opened Family Room (by continuing the side addition).
The new open floor plan was to give the house a more contemporary layout for the client’s lifestyle.
The second story roof was significantly changed and also specially framed to include the new easy curved window dormer which improved the size of the Master Bedroom suite. The change in exterior siding coursing (on certain parts of the addition) serve to relate to the original brick coursing. A classic roofed front porch improves the curb appeal as well as provides a needed shelter at the existing front door.
